AlwaysbyDesign ( AxD ) provides a showcase for emerging visual and performing arts. AxD Gallery is  dedicated to showcasing original contemporary visual arts of painters, illustrators, photographers, sculptors and multimedia performers who seek to be “of our time”. Our Center City Philadelphia art gallery and architectural studio received an Honor Award by the Philadelphia Chapter of the American Architects and was featured in the 2007 Summer/Fall issue of CONTEXT, the Journal of AIA Philadelphia.

AxD Gallery features new artists each month and periodically hosts musical and theatrical performances. The street front gallery in Center City Philadelphia is located at 265 South 10th Street (between Locust and Spruce Streets). During exhibitions AxD is open Wednesdays through Saturdays, noon to 6 pm. Special appointments at other times can be requested via email or by phone. The gallery is wheelchair accessible.
